Seeing as how the temp will seem relatively normal tomorrow and we are only doing 12, should we(the maritimers) start at 8 with everyone else?
Leverne
Will be leaving at 7 for an early start for 14k on the Spit with Norma...
This will means an early and probably much-needed coffee time at Tim's!

I'll be doing the 14k with Trish and Cheryl, so will miss seeing everyone tomorrow at Tim's; have a great walk, looks to be a good day!
I'll be out at 8:00 on Sat. Looking forward to seeing you then.
Happy walking to all the 14K overachievers. I'll be out at 8 to join the maritimers.

I will be out at 8:00 as well to do a short walk...need the training in, for the evening race!!! Good luck all the Maritimers...wish I was going with you...why does work need to get in the way, one day I won't be saying this!
8 am for 12K sounds just right to me.
See you in the morning. Barb, I'll pick you up at the same time, same spot.

I too will be out Saturday morning at 8 - thanks Sharon.
Barb S.
I'll be out for 12k at 8 tomorrow.
Sorry for the late notice, but won't be out Saturday. Hopefully to join you next week. Have a great walk. All the best to the Maritimer racers. Wishing you fun and good race and great weather as Eileen and I had last year.
Still waiting to see what Monday evening's weather will be like. But it it's too windy and wet, the Maritimers are talking about walking on Tuesday evening instead. Location TBD.
BTW, is anyone interested in doing the Scotia 5K with me in October? I'm hovering over the register button.
I'm hoping that the weather will be kind enough to walk tonight - can't do Tuesday night unless dragon boating is cancelled - highly unlikely that will happen.
Hope to see the Maritimers tonight.
Sorry Helen, not interested in a 5 k race.
Not very promising, I admit.....so I am guessing that no one will walk tonight - and I don't blame them.
No, a little too unpredictable for us. We’ll walk tomorrow evening.
Just looked out over the schoolyard and it's not looking inviting, especially when the wind picks up. I think I'll wait until tomorrow.
Won't be walking Wednesday evening - out of town for the day.
If anyone wants to walk on Thursday, let me know - day or evening works.
oops sorry - meant to log in earlier to say that the Halifax people walked last night instead of Monday so not walking tonight. And we're all off to Halifax tomorrow, so won't be around to walk Thursday night.
See you Monday maybe.....
Anyone up for a long walk tomorrow Sat 15th?
Margy
