Rainy Day Bridge Ballet
Join us on Saturday at Tim's at 8:00 am. You may find it a tad cooler (and perhaps more moist) than we have been used to. As always, the distance is yours to choose - unless you are training.
Distance for training folks is as follows:
Taper for the Scotia folks, so enjoy: Scotia half is 12 km; Scotia full is 16 km
NYC full is far too far - 35-38 km
LV half is 18 km
Scotia folks may want an earlier start, so please sign in to let others know what you prefer (7:30 or 8:00 am)
NYC and Scotia full folks will start at 6:15 am - between you and me, this is getting ridiculous.
Sunday morning walkers start at 8:30 at the Running Room on Queen St.
Mid week walks are Monday evenings at Loblaws (7:00 pm) and Wednesday at Occasions (6:30 pm). Join us.
To those who are injured or ill - we miss you and wish you well. To those travelling, enjoy and be safe.
Hope that everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving - so much to be thankful for.....including fall gardens.
