Art on the Beach

Join us on Saturday at 8:00 am at Tim's for a walk - the distance is yours to determine. The weather this week has been amazing; March is just around the corner; time to get out and celebrate spring (almost here).

For those training,
1. Goodlife half folks need to walk 12 km, 8 and 10 during the week.
2. Susan and Ruth (and maybe Dianne and Libby) are walking 16 km, including hills, on Sunday morning, starting at 9:00 am. Let us know if you want to join us.

Others meet Sunday morning at the Running Room on Queen St. at 8:30 am
Mid week day time walkers should contact Dawn for the details.
Monday (Loblaws) and Wednesday (Occasions) at 6:30 pm for mid week evening walks.

Please sign in on the blog so others know your plans.

Great article from Helen. I likely won't be out tomorrow morning; working late tonight and tomorrow. Have a great weekend everyone!

I'll be out on Saturday - with my raincoat on, from the looks of the weather report.

Thank you for posting the article, Helen.

We'll likely come out on Saturday, if the rain holds off. If it's really rainy, would anyone prefer to walk Sunday morning instead?

Congratulations to our new Grandma.

I won't be out this week - walking early today and Doc Soup on Wednesday - hope you enjoy your walk.

As no one else has signed in, Bob and I will be walking from home on Monday. Wednesday is Doc Soup, so we'll again be MIA. If it isn't pouring, I might walk to the cinema. Let me know if you'll join me.
