Happy Canada Day
It's a long weekend - let's get out and walk. Join us on Saturday at Tim's at 7:30 am for a distance of your choice. However, Montreal racers need to start training - the distance is only 8 km this weekend; Monday another 8 km; Wednesday 5 km.
Some folks meet Sunday at 8:30 am at the Running Room on Queen.
Weekday walks at 7:00 pm - Monday at Loblaws and Wednesday at Occasions.
Please sign in so others know if you are planning to walk.
Several folks are away and enjoying themselves on distance shores. Some are attending graduations, weddings, visiting - lots of interesting events.
That's it for me - Happy Canada Day - celebrate and enjoy - we are lucky to live here.

I will be there at 7.30 for 8k. Probably my last walk with Shore Things till mid August, sad. I am also hopeful to be out on Sunday for my last walk until mid August.
Happy Canada Day everyone. We are hoping Wales wins the game today, hahaha, long shot but would make my Welsh husband a happy man. Frances stop laughing.

As Lou-Ann's pool walks have officially begun, curious minds want to know: anyone walking on Monday evening? If no one signs in, Bob and I will probably walk from home.
