Join us Saturday, at Tim's, at 8:00 am for the distance of your choice. For those training,
Goodlifers need to walk 12K in the final taper to the race a
week Sunday. K-W Half has been cancelled but the 10K is still running for
any interested to join Margy and Rainer! Niagara Women’s racers need to walk 14K this weekend.
Mid week distances are 6-8 kms on Monday (Loblaws) & Wednesday (Occasions).
Congratulations to all the Yonge Street Racers. A cool but
sunny day proved the formula for some great results! Photos to follow soon.
Best wishes to Libby at Big Sur. She's trained hard all winter for this race and I'm sure she will be rewarded.

Cheryl, Olwyn, Eva and I are doing 16-18k leaving Tim's at 7:30 if anyone wants to join us. We are doing the Goodlife as a training walk getting ready for Niagara and our training has been a little off so we feel the need for some distance tomorrow.
I hope to be out for a much-needed 12K. Whether the rock-n-roller will join me is less certain – he might be prepping for his big gig.
HI Everyone, What's with this weather!? I'm afraid I won't make it out to Tim's in the morning as I have an early Doc to see.
I'm hoping to still do 10Km at KW and I plan to drive early morning.....if anyone is interested in joining me let me know.

No one has signed in, so Bob and I will be walking tomorrow, on our way to our documentary.
Very heartbreaking news. Not sure I'll be able to make this afternoon, but my condolences and sympathy go out to Debbie's family and all of us too.

Things are a bit much for us right now, so despite the weather we've all been yearning for, Bob and I will probably not walk tonight. I suspect many people have Hot Docs anyway.
I too am feeling a bit overwhelmed - even though they changed the tax deadline to May 5, I would still like to see the end of them! So I'm going to take advantage of everyone else bailing out and not go either.
Not walking tonight or Saturday, but I have a spare ticket to "the Arms Drop" on Sat morning at Isabel Bader at 11am. Lynne and I are walking to the theatre to make up for not walking in the morning. If you're interested just let me know.

I sure enjoyed my first Doc Festival! It looks like many others did as well. So very sad to hear about Debbie.
