Walks: Sat-Wed, March 16 to 20

At the Lighthouse
A very quick post – I hope you'll forgive any omissions – to give you somewhere to sign in for 10K on Saturday, and 6K and 8K on Monday and Wednesday, respectively.

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all Irish and would-be Irish, and a happy birthday to Ian.

Good news: Jan and Ray have seats on a flight home on Saturday. Welcome back, weary travellers!

I hope to be at TIm's on Saturday but am not sure I'm up to 10k yet. If anyone is interested in earlier walks on Monday and Wednesday, please let me know.

A big welcome back to ray and Jan. What a tough time you have had. Now maybe you can have a vacation (in Toronto).

Great news about Jan and Ray!

I'll be in Saskatoon on Saturday, so I'll just have to find a Tim's there, and think of you all back in (relatively) balmy Ontario.

I will not be out on Saturday, a little under the weather and don't want to spread my germs! Helen thanks for posting about Jan and Ray.
Jan and Ray no doubt you are happiest to be back home with family, wishing you healthy thoughts and support if you need some.

I too have a bit of a bug, so won't be out tomorrow.

See you next time,
Sheila

Hi everyone - so glad to be home again. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and emails - it really helped knowing there were so many wishing Ray well. He is recovering - weak from being confined to bed for 10 days, but otherwise ok.
I was thinking of walking tonight but the weather doesn't look too inviting - got used to the hot weather! I think I'll rest tonight and hope for nicer weather Wednesday.

Hey, folks, just got back from my first presentation at Canada Blooms, and I'm not thrilled by the weather either. I think I'll stay home and cocoon on Monday. There's a chance I might not have to miss Wednesday night after all. Fingers crossed.

much as I might like to walk tonight, it's Doug's birthday and I am going to pass, but it sure looks like a nice night for a walk.

I'll be doing a quick walk from home tonight (Wed), as Steve's son arrives this week and I have to clean the house! Jan, so good to hear from you and know you and Ray are home safe and sound. Hope to see you soon.

Denise, Jan's just on her way home, so why don't we walk over and pick you up, in case she's a few mins late.

Sounds good. I'll be waiting.
