Monday and Wednesday: 10K and 8K for the full marathoners; 8K and 8K for the KW Half. If you're joining the morning group, let Dawn or Lou-Ann know.
Anyone not registered for the KW, there's a draw for a Blackberry Playbook for anyone who's registered before August 17th.

This week's "thing I forgot to post about" is the poll on the blog to get a general idea about where we should hold our November year-end party. Lou-Ann says we could return to her church, if that suits us.
So the poll asks:
a) is the church okay with you?
b) aw gee, we've been dying to hold a party for 40+ at our place; here's the info! or
c) I'll go with the flow!

Won't be out Monday night - too hot. I went for 5.5 km this morning, home before 6:00 am, and I'm dying from the heat already.

Bob & I were lucky to join the morning walk from Lou-Ann's on Monday. We won't be out tonight, but have a safe walk if you out in the evening.

It's too hot tonight (Monday), so I'm going to fit in my walk later this week; will try and join one of the morning walks when I can!
