Welcome back Helen and Bob. Yes, we have been busy. We have been traipsing up and down an assortment of hills while you were away. I really hate to admit this but we need to do more so we will not poop out so easily. Let me clarify...so I won't poop out so easily.

No, Helen, we haven't changed the starting time on Saturdays - but, given the heat, maybe we should have done that. So, all things being equal (no heavy rain or thunderstorms) I'll be at Tim's at 7.00 on Saturday. Looking forward to hearing about your trip.

10K at 7am sounds good to me - and (I hate to admit it) Sharon's right - after the Toad tryout we need to do more hills - and you know how I love hills!
Welcome home Bob and Helen! Happy Birthday Sharon and pre wishes to Norma too. As far as hills go I am not admitting anything! I will not be out on Saturday (as badly as I need to be, sorry). I hope to see the walkers at my house Monday morning. Dawn just remind me of the time we want to start.

According to their website, Neustadt is one of the prettiest villages in Canada. And it has a brewery!
