Saturday's walk from Tim's at 7.00 am is 11k.
Monday is a holiday, and I am wondering if people would be interested in a walk from Tim's starting at 7.00 or 8.00 am (it is supposed to be hot agin). This walk is 8 k with hills - we might have to use Lee's famous hill again!!!!!!
Wednesday's distance is 6k. The morning walkers will meet at the Loblaws on the corner of Bayview and Moore, at 7.30 am for this walk, followed by breakfast. The evening walkers will meet at Shoppers.
Please sign if with your preference for all three days. Helen returns early next week, so I wanted not to have her worry about sending out a blog immediately upon her return - hence this three day epistle.

I'll be out Saturday at 7 am, then I'm off Sunday for a week-long girlfriends' getaway to Quebec City.

I hope to be out for Saturday morning, but will be doing less than 11k as I have to take Dad to an early appt in Pickering. I'm away next week, but will be back after that, to get it together for the Midsummer Night's Walk!

Saturday's a go and Monday morning at 7 is good, too. Susan introduced us to the hills in her neighbourhood last Monday. They were........well, they were HILLS and like Susan said, doing them once a week will build stamina and endurance....if they don't kill you first.

There is a possibility I won't make Monday morning. House full of company has left me exhausted. 8:30pm and still waiting to get dinner on the table. If I am not there go ahead. I will be out Wed for sure.
This being my first week back, I'm afraid I can't take a morning off for a walk and breakfast early on Wednesday. However, Bob and I will be at Shoppers for a 7 pm... probably slow. We did a lot of walking, but not a lot of WALKING. See some of you then!
Dawn and Trish have just decided that perhaps it would be a good idea to wait til this evening. Too wet this morning though I am sure that our gardens will love it.

Did the hills this past Monday for the first time in months! Thanks to the "loopers" who looped back for those of us bringing up the rear!!! It really helped:)

Well, it is WET and BREEZY. Did I mention that it is wet? I called Maureen and as much as we would love to go for a walk this evening, we decided that we don't love to walk when it is wet and breezy. Long story short, we ain't coming out.

Bob and I are following Sharon's lead and bailing on tonight. Instead, we'll walk from our place at 7:30 am Thursday. Let us know if you want to join us (though I still can't do breakfast yet... work is going from Zero to 60 after this vacation).
I too am paying for taking Friday and Tuesday off so will work late tonight in hopes of joining someone tomorrow night.
