Walks: Canada Day weekend

Hi, gang,

This is a very quick post to say that we have two options for the long 16K walk, both from Tim's:

Friday, July 1 at 7 am

OR

Saturday, July 2 at the time of your pleasing

Monday's walk on July 4th also has two choices:

Morning from Dawn's (or other place TBD; contact Dawn for the time)

Evening from Loblaws.

Forgive me for the picturless post. Please sign in to state your preferences. I know we have some birthdays coming up soon, but don't have my calendar with me. Happy birthday to (I think) Cheryl and Michelle. Happy Canada Day, everyone. Be safe and have fun!

I will not be doing the 16K Friday or Saturday, however I will see friends on Monday morning at Dawn's. Happy Canada Day everyone!
Happy Birthday Arelene (3rd) and Cheryl (4th).

I'm fine with either Friday or Saturday, but a heads up that the weather forecast for Friday is sunny whereas for Saturday there could be rain (of course they're usually wrong either way).

So maybe play it safe and go for Friday?

I"m also hoping to join the gang at Dawn's Monday.

Cheers

Debbie

I'm planning on Saturday at 7am. Sleeping in sounds like a great idea for Friday.

I'm also game for Monday morning at Dawn's

Bob & I will be there for 7 am on Friday. That way, we can sleep in two days in a row. Luxury!

We're still pondering Monday -- tempting to get the walk over with in the early hours, but 8 am might be too late for me. TBD.

no matter how I look at it, 7:00 am seems far too early, so I'm just not sure when I'll walk.

Happy Canada Day

I plan to walk Saturday morning at 7 for our (gulp) 16k and will be at Dawn's for 8 on Monday. Such dedication!

The numbers seem to be split pretty evenly....and since it is now 11 pm Thursday - had a lovely retirement sendoff party from my co-workers -- and tomorrow, Friday, is the first day of the rest of my new life, I think I'll sleep in and wait for Saturday morning at 7 am for 16 km.

Have a good one whenever you come out!

Cheers

Debbie
