this coming week the Mississauge half people are slated to do 10k and 6k. The Toronto Halfers are doing 10k on both days. And, as usual, the rest of our group can do whatever they wish to do!! But polease sign in to let others know your thoughts.

You did a great job, Dawn. Congratulations (belated) to all the Sporting LIfe finishers. You all look like competitors. Doing my walking training (in heels) here in Taichung. Have a wonderful week -- see you Saturday.

Just a note for the Mississauga crew, we are only doing 6K on Monday and Wed as our race is on Sunday. I'll be out on Monday and Wednesday, hope the good weather holds, see you then.
