The heat is on for real now, so please underdress and bring water. This might be the time to add ice. An easy way to do this is to freeze your half-full water bottle then top up with water before your walk. But don't try with a metal bottle, as it can get bent or punctured (as I learned to my drippy chagrin last year).

I won't be at Loblaws tonights, but hope to be at Shopper's on Wednesday.
I won't be out tonight or Wednesday; in fact, I'll be doing a couple of walks on the west coast next week, as I'm heading out there for some R & R!

Bob & I will have to skip Wednesday, as it's our only chance to see Betsy in her play. Jan and I will be walking at 7 am on Thursday from our place if anyone wants to join us.
