Congratulations to all Sporting Life 10K finishers -- some of whom you'll see gathered in this shot. Trish's rain dancing must have helped, as you had a wonderful day for it! Well done, especially, to Lou-Ann who is wearing her first race medal. There's no turning back now, girl.

Mississauga group is in taper this week: 6K Monday! If you head west from Loblaws along the "south of the tracks" route, the turnback for 6K would be Gerrard at Hollywood. Have a great walk. (The Wow trainees are in Week 4 of 10, so won't be with you.)
