Shore Things Gather?
The consensus is that many of us want to get together, albeit with all the appropriate precautions. We are still waiting for Trish's condo management to confirm things, as the situation as always has some fluidity. Please only pencil in the date (November 13) for now and watch this space, your emails and WhatsApp for updates.
Thats said, assuming—fingers crossed—the event can go ahead, here are the guidelines around it:
- Attendance is according to your comfort level
- All attendees and guests double vaccinated. We expect that everyone is already, but best to put that up front.
- Still pot luck and byob as in the past
- HEPA filters in the room. I will bring ours. If you plan to come and have a portable unit, please consider bringing as well, and let me know, thanks! We are checking with the condo to see if they can provide as well.
- Doors/windows open as well as much as temperature will allow.

Weekly Walks
Saturday's forecast is for seasonably cool temperature, so time to dig out the warm wear if you haven't already. Please sign in to let everyone know you'll be at Loblaw's as per usual. Helen and Bob will have plenty of seat cushions aka shopping bags for the picnic table for the post ambulatory caffeine fix.
Weekly walks are in the usual pods, but please share your days, times and locations for others to join in.

I will be at Loblaws for 8 am tomorrow. Bob and Trish—thank you for all of the work to set up the pot luck.
