An incredible 31 Shore Things turned out for Saturday's walk... and what a day for it. Captured at the turnaround are Eva and Cheryl, who will be amongst our major Iceland expedition this August. Now, Stacey also intends to join our ranks.
This week's distances are 6K and 8K. We'll ease into more hills again on Wednesday. It wasn't so bad, was it? Springlike weather is expected to shine on us for the early part of the week. Enjoy!

Hi Helen: It's been a while since I have seen you all. Your achievments are wonderful. I noticed one of the races posted appears to be in Italy? Is this really so, perhaps I will begin training again.
Helen, I have a well recognized artist who is preparing for a show at the Distrillery at the end of Mar. I am wondering if it would be possible to post her invitation on your website for anyone that perhaps would be interested in attending and making it a fun evening out. You can let me know at d_baker@rogers.com.

See you Monday (tonight)for walking. Could wear my shorts...but that would be silly!
I should be out tonight - weather's too nice to pass up.
Wish I could be there this beautiful evening, but I'm handing in a big project. Anyone interested in walking tomorrow/Tuesday morning -- Jan? Otherwise, see you on Wednesday.
Hi, I'm planning to be there tonight. I'm also thinking about the bling...I mean the Mercedes 10K; but I would have to go the morning of the race to Oakville. Would anyone else go the morning of? Olwyn
First, I registered for the full in Iceland. Yikes! What have I done?
Second, Olwyn, I'd be up for leaving in the morning for the Mercedes 10K. We'll talk.
Third, I know I say this all the time but, I consistently miss the evening walks and I know I'll have to be more ernest about it if I'm going to survive a marathon in August!
See you all Saturday.
See you Wednesday, chums. Hope the rain takes a raincheck.
Hi walkers,
I may not make it tonight as I am coughing etc....If not see you all on Sat, in the rain!
