Do you see that foreign white matter that Lou-Ann and Dawn found at the top of a hill in High Park. It's called snow... and we're about to get our first real winter dose of it. Or so they say.Tonight at Loblaws, and Wednesday at Shoppers. On both days, we're going to kick it up a wee bit with 8K, wicked weather permitting. On Wednesday, we might even throw in a couple of hills. You know you need it!

My hip is still giving me trouble, so I won't be out Wednesday. I'm off to BC on Friday and hoping that all those new baby endorphins and ocean air will heal my bones.
