Stacey and Alice (Stacey is the one wearing slippers)
Okay folks, here we are again, Saturday is quickly approaching. Is anyone interested in walking? Here are the guidelines:
No more than 10 in a group;
Remain outside;
Socially distanced.
....easier said than done but....
Meeting options:
1. Loblaws - south entrance - because the washroom is open and lots of free parking.
2. Kew Gardens - Queen St. just west of Lee Ave, on the south side. Lots of beautiful outdoor space for coffee afterwards. Tim's and Starbucks on the north side of Queen. Not sure about washrooms. Usually can find free parking on the side streets or paid parking on Queen or at the Green P on Lee, south of Queen.
The residential streets aren't busy at that time of the day. Norma says that the boardwalk isn't busy either.
Any takers? Sign in. State your preferred start time and location so that others can find you. Staggered starts are a fine option if that suits folks.
And, if this seems too soon for you, that's just fine too.

LouAnn, Val and I will be meeting at Loblaws, Saturday morning at 8 am.

I wont be joining our group walking any time soon, unfortunately. A number of reasons for this, but not the dreaded COVID 19! Maybe one day in the not too distant future I might be able to join for coffee.
Wishing all the dads a Happy Fathers Day!

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads! I will be walking at 7am in Taylor Creek Park tomorrow, trying to beat the heat while doing a 16k training walk for the Covid-19 half! Dawn we will miss you; but hope that we can all meet for coffee again soon. Stay cool everyone!
We’re starting from Kew at 7:30 to beat the heat.
It's good you all started early on Saturday. It was not pleasant in the afternoon!
I hope to see you all when we can finally meet at Tim's.
