The new cast
Join us, whatever the weather, on Saturday at Tim's at 8:00 a.m. Distance is flexible as long as we get out, get moving and get our hearts a'pumping. Coffee with friends is our reward.
Walking options during the week:
Monday and Wednesday mornings, one group usually meets at (around) 8:00 am. Check the blog comments for the meeting spot as it varies....usually somewhere close to Danforth & Coxwell or Gerrard & Vic Park.
Wednesday morning, another group walks from Tim's starting at 9:00 am. Charlotte sends a confirming email.
Congratulations to Ruth who completed the Robbie Burns race in stellar time of 1:04. Well done. Ruth was the only representative of the Shore Things.
Know of any races that might tempt some of us to sign up. Let Libby know. We could use some inspiration. I recall hearing some chatter about hiking sections of the Bruce Trail and/or PEC rail trail. Time to start planning for spring hikes?

We’re interested in walking on Saturday, but if the weather is frightful then maybe the PATH? Will check in once the forecast is more defined.
Tomorrow morning is definitely looking like a stay-in-bed morning. I'll join Helen in checking back later.

I need to walk tomorrow as Saturdays are my only walks these days. I'm willing to do the path if the weather forecast is correct.
Arlene and I are in full swing with Lee Scott's hill training until spring. Rain or shine out we go!

Missing the gang, the walks and the coffee. Walking tomorrow is totally weather dependent. Ankle pretty much healed and don't want risk slipping again. If I'm not there at 8 don't wait. Will be back out on a regular basis soon. Stay safe everyone.

It is raining, just been out with the dog. It's not heavy but is supposed to get heavier. If we are going down to the path can I request to be picked up at Starbucks on the corner of my street?
