We begin with a scene from past triumphs, at the finish line of the Scotia Half 2008. This year, two of our Shore Things (Ruth and Milka) will be doing the 20th Anniversary Scotia this Sunday, while 11 of us return to the KW Walking Classic 10K, in Waterloo. Does anyone need kit pick-up for that? Let me know.For tonight, we'll do a taper 5K walk in honour of the Scotia crew. See you 7ish.

Hi all,
I will be there tonight. For the KW classic I may need a pick up but the organizers tell me that there will be race day pick up from 7:30 am., which is what I was planning.

Wishing Ruth and Milka a great walk on Sunday; the Scotiabank is lots of fun, with great bands, music, and lots of support! Best of luck also to the Kitchener walkers; enjoy the walk, but have fun shopping too! Olwyn
