
Bob met his goal of beating his last year's time; Rainer met his goal of a sub-7-min/km pace; and Dawn B. earned her very first medal. Plus we had five walkers placing in their age category (Bob, Rainer, Margy, Sheila and Charlotte), despite some very strong competition. Way to go, Shore Things!

Starting Monday night, we'll follow Week 10 of the Generic Half Marathon Schedule posted on the blog. That's 8K -- see you 7ish (barring any lightning activity).
