This Wednesday we *will* take a few minutes to recap form. Plus, this morning at the gym, Jan reminded me about the walker's best friend: The lunge. If we take a lunge-break sometime, you know who to thank.

I'm not calling it off tonight -- it will be windy, but if we dress for it and don't push too hard, I think we'll find it bracing. At least, that was my feeling when I went out today to test the waters -- or the winds. One good thing: no lunges! And we might make it 6K rather than 8K. So, it's just for an hour. C'mon out and we'll play King Lear.
