Amazing Women and Colour
Join us on Saturday for a walk with friends. We meet at 8:00 am; some meet at Tim's (shorter route and good pace) and the others meet at Loblaws (longer route and quicker pace). Pick the starting spot by what suits you best.
We've had a busy few weeks with folks entering virtual races and completing them. Several folks did a virtual Juno Beach walk on (or near) November 11th - what a lovely way to remember. Still others are working on The Great Lakes Challenge which is a challenge indeed. And, a few of us have received our t-shirts and medal for participating in the Attempt to Set a World Record Race.....we didn't set a record......but it was a noble effort by all. Goodness, that t-shirt is tiny - or am I just large?
See you Saturday - come on out and enjoy fitness with friends. Yes, yes, we need to socially distance while walking - it is the only way.

Lovely photos Susan! I'm walking with a teeny-weeny group in the morning from the Brickworks, so won't be joining the groups at Tim's or Loblaws. Enjoy the walk, everyone! And stay well!

I will not be out tomorrow, neither will Val...Wendy you might want to join the Loblaws group so you have someone to walk with...not sure if Nicki is showing up.
Susan I am not thinking you are large...those shirts must be extra, extra small!! I have started my GINGERBREADING so may not be out as often as I would like over the next several weeks. I will post each week though so for the Tim's walkers, they will know if I am showing up or not.
