"Our usual Tim's"

Come one, come all (except for me, as I'll be at garden events all Saturday*) to "our usual Tim's" at 8 am for a Saturday stroll. Forecast: a little windy, but mainly sunny and not nearly as cold as recently.

Check the comments to see what's going on this week with our Monday and Wednesday 8 am group – many of our regulars are still vacationing. The Wednesday 9 am group is also small at the moment. Contact Charlotte if you want to join them.

*If it suits any of the Saturday crowd to walk on Sunday instead (or as well), I'll be looking for walking partners. Fire me off an email.

Race training distances for this week – those doing the Half MudCats that is – 10K on Saturday, 6K and 8K during the week. Weather prediction for Saturday looks really promising. As mentioned last week, the 10K racers may wish to join in on the training! Sign in to let others know your plans.
