You might have a choice. If you're happy to brave the weather, meet at Tim's on Leslie at Lake Shore at 8 am. If you love walking, but feel a little less passion for another morning of minus-16 windchill, you might prefer the PATH. Declare which option you'd prefer in the comments.
MudCats Half trainees, you're scheduled for 8K on Saturday, then 5K on both Monday and Wednesday. Any other MudCats 10K trainees interested in following the schedule for the half?

I was tardy in posting Race training note to Helen this week!!
Muscats need to walk 8K this Saturday and 5K twice during the week. Let others know if this is planned on the Path or outside.
If the wind chill isn't bad, outside is always preferred. It is amazing how warm you keep when walking at a decent pace!!
The Registration price increases Sunday for Sporting Life 10K - same weekend as Mud cats Race. In case anyone is interested in joining Olwyn on this one!
Great photos Helen! And yes, I'd love some company for the Sporting Life 10k; it will be WARM by then, so come and join me! I'm planning on being out tomorrow morning for a 6k...as long as my car will start ~ see you tomorrow; stay warm! Happy Valentine's Day to all you wonderful Shore Things near and far; Helen is right; our lives are better because of our fabulous gang!

Depending on the temperature in the morning I may or may not be out for our 8k walk. If it is too cold i.e. -16 I will be interested in walking the PATH.
Wow, two photos of love birds! Sorry, I won't be out tomorrow...happy walking inside or out! Barb Shand, myself and Charlotte were brave souls last Saturday walking west on Queen to Broadview, like Libby says once you get yourself going it isn't quite as bad (you notice I didn't say it "isn't so bad")… Hope to be out next week, and hopeful it will be warmer...
It's looking like I may not be out in the morning after all; may take advantage of a day to rest in; if I'm not there by 8, please don't wait! Stay warm!
We could swing either way on Saturday — Tim’s or PATH. I was out today, bundled up, and it wasn’t terrible. We might get a preview of this year’s winter stations, which unveil on Monday. Takers?
It’s not supposed to be as cold tomorrow so I will head to Tim’s. Definitely interested in walking to the Winter Stations.
